摘要 等壁厚螺杆钻具定子的内孔由形状复杂的类梅花瓣形螺旋线构成,长径比约为40倍,孔内的螺旋曲面是其加工难点。国内目前的多种加工方法还处于研制、试验阶段,考虑生产效率、加工精度和产品质量等因素,电解加工方法是首选。为了设计阴极,进行了结构选取,计算了加工间隙、工作部分长度、前后引导段的长度等。电解质的温度、压力、电流密度等参数会影响加工质量,应控制在规定范围。 Even wall thickness screw drill stator bore is made up of spiral line that is similar of the plum flower petal of the complex shape,ratio of the length to diameter of stator being about 40 times,spiral curved surface of the bore is the most difficulty of machining. A variety of domestic processing methods is in the development, testing stage at present. Considering the production ef- ficiency,processing precision and the product quality, the electrochemical machining method is preferred. In order to design the cathode, the structure selection, calculation of machining gap and working section length and front and rear guide section length and so on have been done. The e- lectrolyte temperature, pressure, current density and other parameters can affect the processing quality,should be controlled within a predetermined range.
