摘要 本文针对"石亭绿"茶目前存在的产销量下降,生产经营管理模式落后,劳动力成本较高,市场销售价格偏低,包装外观不新颖,宣传力度不足,销售渠道单一等问题提出石亭绿茶产业未来的发展对策:进行老茶树复壮及生态茶园建设;对茶叶产品的品种要求、栽培管理、加工工艺、鲜叶原料的质量等环节制定相应的标准及提高技术水平;改进产品储存包装和营销策略等,以延续"石亭绿"这一中国历史名茶独特的品质和特色,提高其经济效益。 Shiting green tea was a famous historic tea in Nan'an city. In this article aiming at a series of problems about Shiting green tea industry such as decreasing production and sales, lagging mode of production and management, higher labor cost, low selling price, the stale appearance of packaging, insufficient promotion, single sales channel and so on, the future development countermeasures of Shiting green tea industry were put forward as follows: to rejuvenate degraded tea trees and construct ecological tea gardens, and formulate the corresponding standards to improve the quality of fresh leaves, to improve the technology about cultivation management, tea making and tea storage, packaging and marketing, these should be carried out to continue the unique quality and characteristics and improve the economic benefit of Shiting green tea.
