摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定小金丸中乌头碱的含量。方法:采用ultimate C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.03 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-三乙胺(45∶55∶0.04)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长240 nm,柱温25℃。结果:乌头碱在0.114~2.28μg具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.79%,RSD 2.31%。结论:该方法准确、灵敏,重复性好,可用于小金丸中乌头碱的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the assaying of aconitine in Xiaojin pills.Method: C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used with methanol-30 mmol · L-1phosphate solution-triethylamine(45∶55∶0.04) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.Result: Aconitine concentration presented a good linear range of 0.114-2.28 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 97.79% and RSD was 2.31%.Conclusion: This method is rapid,simple,accurate and suitable for the quality control of the pill.
