摘要
目的:观察仲景温胃颗粒对小鼠胃动力障碍模型的影响。方法:以小鼠阿托品、新斯的明胃动力障碍模型为研究对象,观察仲景温胃颗粒对阿托品、新斯的明致小鼠胃排空的影响。结果:①仲景温胃颗粒对阿托品引起的小鼠胃动力抑制有协同作用,②仲景温胃颗粒对对新斯的明引起小鼠胃动力亢奋有协同作用,③结论:仲景温胃颗粒对小鼠胃动力有一定的调节作用。
Objective：To observe the effect of Zhongjing Wenwei Granules on model of gastric motility obstacle in mice.Methods：The mice model of gastrointestinal motility disorders induced by atropine and neostigmine was used for observation on Zhongjing Wenwei Granules influence on gastric motility disorder.Results：Zhongjing Wenwei Granules had synergistic effect on gastric motility induced by atropine,and a synergistic effect of gastric motility induced by neostigmine.Conclusion：Zhongjing Wenwei Granules has a modulatory role.
