摘要
采用微波辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备了Mg掺杂的La0.9Y0.1Fe1-xMgxO3气敏材料,利用X射线衍射(XRD)对其晶体结构进行表征和分析。结果表明,所制备的样品为正交钙钛矿结构。气敏测试结果表明,Mg的掺入能明显改善La0.9Y0.1Fe1-xMgxO3的气敏特性,La0.9Y0.1Fe0.9Mg0.1O3气敏元件在工作温度为150℃时对1.0×10-6甲醛的灵敏度为4.9,且具有良好的选择性。
Mg doping La0.gY0.1Fe1-x. Mgx.O3 powders were prepared by the method of sol-gel with microwave chemical synthesis process. The crystal structure of La0.9Y0.1Fe1-xMgx 03 was characterized by XRD. The resuits show that the La0.9 Y0.1Fe1-x Mgx O3 was pure perovskite structure. The sensitivity of La0.9 Y0.1 Fe0.9- Mg0. 1 O3 for 1.0 × 10 6 formaldehyde was 4.9 at temperature of 150℃, and the selectivity of Lao. gY0.1Fe0. 9 Mg0.103 for formaldehyde is good.
