摘要
温控措施的实施对混凝土施工进度、混凝土质量和成本都存在影响,为保证混凝土质量和施工进度,节约投资,有必要对混凝土温控措施进行优化设计研究。采用数值仿真的方法,得到温控措施成本与工期、质量的非线性数学关系,建立温控措施优化设计数学模型。工程实例应用表明:温控措施优化设计对节省工程成本效果明显,提高了工程施工效率,保证了工程质量。
Temperature control measures has a significant effect on concrete,in addition to increase project investment,it influences construction progress and quality.Design of temperature control measures was studied to make sure shorter time,lower cost and higher quality.With the application of simulation, the relationships between time and cost, quality and cost were obtained, the mathematics model of their synthesis optimization was built considering time, cost and quality.The result of engineering application showed that, the design of temperature control could save cost, improve construction efficiency and ensure engineering quality.
