摘要
采用紫外-可见吸收光谱法测定萘系高效减水剂(FDN)对不同矿物组成的阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥颗粒表面的吸附量,对FDN减水剂在水泥颗粒表面的吸附行为进行了研究。结果表明:阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥对FDN的吸附量随初始浓度的增大而增大;对FDN的吸附量与极限吸附量随水化时间的延长而增大;当熟料中C3S矿物含量一定时,对FDN的吸附量与极限吸附量随着C4A3S矿物含量的增加而增大。
The adsorption amount of polynaphthalene sulphonate superplasticizer (FDN) on the different mineral composition of alite-sulphoaluminate cements were detected by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrometry.The adsorptive behaviors of FDN on the surface of cement particles in the hydration system were studied.The results showed that:the adsorption amount of FDN on cement increased with higher initial concentration,the adsorption amount and the maximum adsorption amount increased with prolonged hydration time. With certain C3S amount,as the amount of calcium sulphoaluminate increased, the adsorption amount and the maximum adsorption amount of FDN on cement increased observably.
