摘要
基于风力机主轴有限元分析模型,对兆瓦级风力机主轴疲劳损伤进行研究。利用MSC.Marc/Mentat软件分析风力发电机主轴的疲劳应力;运用雨流循环计数法计算主轴的疲劳载荷谱。最后,提出一种将雨流循环计数法与Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤理论相结合的主轴疲劳损伤计算的新方法,并根据GL规范修正了主轴材料的S-N曲线。分析结果表明,本文提出的方法可靠实用,且为兆瓦级风力发电机主轴的合理设计与性能强化提供了科学依据,具有普遍适用性。
The fatigue damage of mainshaft of MW level wind turbine was studied based on finite element model for mainshaft of wind turbine. The nonlinear finite element software MSC. Marc/Mentat was used to analyze me iaugue stress, the rain flow circulation count method was used to calculate the fatigue load spectrum. A new method com-bining the rain flow circulation count method with Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage law was developed to calculate the fatigue damage of mainshaft. In the analysis process of fatigue damage, the S-N curve of mainshaft material was modified according to GL standard. The results indicated that the mainshaft fatigue damage calculation method promoted in this paper can play a guiding role for rational design and performance improvement of mainshaft of MW level wind turbine.
