摘要
物流企业服务创新具有无形性、产品创新与过程创新同一性、较强的客户导向性、多样性、高交互性等特性。物流企业服务创新可分为服务产品创新、服务过程创新两种类型。其中,服务产品创新包括开发全新的服务产品以及组合或改进服务产品;服务过程创新涵盖服务生产过程创新与传递过程创新。开发全新的服务包括多流集成创新和专门化创新。组合或改进服务产品包括标准服务组合创新、物流环节组合创新与物流服务改进创新。服务生产过程创新包括两种情形:一是服务产品内容不变,仅生产过程创新;二是服务产品与生产过程同时创新。服务传递过程创新同样包括两种情形:一是服务产品内容不变,仅传递过程创新;二是服务产品与传递过程同时创新。
The logistics service innovation has the features of invisibility, identity of product innovation and process innovation, strong customer orientation, diversity and high interactivity. The service innovation of logistics enterprises can be divided into two kinds of product innovation that includes new and combined or improved service product, and process innovation that consists of production and delivery process innovation. The development of new services comprises multi-flow integrated innovation and ad hoc innovation. The combined or improved service comprises the innovations of standard service combination, link combination, service improvement. The innovation of service production process includes production process innovation, and the service product innovation and production process innovation at the same time. The innovation of service delivery process includes delivery process innovation, and the service product innovation and delivery process innovation at the same time. There are two situations in service production process innovation: the first is the innovation in production process with the same service product; and the second is the innovation in both service product and delivery process.
