摘要
对未改性氧化铝以及通过化学改性处理所生成的钙涂层氧化铝和镁涂层氧化铝的除氟与再生性能进行了对比试验。XRD显示3种颗粒均为吸附性能良好的γ型氧化铝。SEM显示改性前后氧化铝表面孔隙数量大小与结晶形状各不相同。静态吸附试验表明,改性后氧化铝吸附量及再生性能皆优于未改性活性氧化铝。不同再生剂再生效果差异较大,采用0.25mol/L氢氧化钠溶液再生效果最好。并且钙涂层氧化铝多次再生衰减率最小,优势明显。
Studied the defluoridation performances of activated alumina and after membrane coated with calcium oxide and magnesium oxide by chemical method. The XRD analysis revealed that the main surface composition of three alumina was calibrated as γ- Al2O3. The SEM showed that the size and number of surface pore and grain shape were difference each other. The batch fluoride ad sorption experiments results revealed that the effect of fluoride sorption by calcium oxide and magnesium oxide coated activated alumina was better, and the regeneration is better too. Different regenerant regeneration effect is quite different, the effect of regenera ted by 0.25 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution is the best. And calcium coated alumina multiple regeneration minimum decay rate, the advantage is obvious.
