摘要
介绍了济钢ASP工艺生产600MPa汽车轻量化车轮用钢的产品设计、冶炼、轧制工艺和产品性能。工业试验结果表明,在C、Mn成分基础上采用Cr等微合金化的成分设计,采取高温轧制、分段冷却和中温卷取工艺,开发出高扩孔率的汽车轻量化轮辐用钢,其微观组织由铁素体、贝氏体及少量马氏体组成,其抗拉强度达600MPa以上,伸长率不小于24%,扩孔率不小于80%,制成的车轮较原普通低合金高强度(490MPa以上)车轮减重10%以上,车轮弯曲疲劳寿命达到60万次以上。
The product design, smelting process, rolling process and performance of strip produced by ASP technology used for automobile light weight wheel in Jigang were introduced. The industrial experiment showed that the chemical design with Cr micro-alloying based on C and Mn was proper, the automobile light weight wheel disk with high hole expandability by high temperature roiling, interval cooling and medium tem- perature coiling process was developed. The microstructure of the test steel were ferrite,bainite and less mar- tensite. The tensile strength was above 600MPa, the elongation was above 24%, and the hole expansion ratio was above 80%. The developed steels were applied to wheel disks, comparing the disk with the developed steels to the disk with the plain high strength low alloyed steel(above 490MPa),the weight was reduced above 10%, the bending fatigue life of trial wheels had been exceed six hundred thousand times.
