摘要
本文对柴油机调速用比例电磁铁式执行器的结构和工作原理进行了分析,使用Maxwell软件和Simplorer仿真软件建立了电磁执行器模型,模拟电磁执行器突加、突泄电压时的动态响应时间和在不同电压情况下的电磁执行器响应时间,将仿真结果与实际测量的响应时间进行了对比和分析,并分析了线圈匝数,运动件质量等参数与动态响应时间的关系,试验验证了建立的电磁执行器模型和动态特性仿真的正确性。
This paper mainly talks about the structure and working principles of the proportional solenoid actuator, which is used to control the speed of the diesel engine. The electromagnetic actuator model, established by the Maxwell software and Simplorer simulation software, simulates the situations of electromagnetic actuators sudden input and sudden discharge of voltage. The simulation results of the dynamic response times in different levels of voltage were recorded, and compared with the measured response times. Verify the correctness of the establishment of the electromagnetic actuator dynamics simulation model. Analysis of the coil turns, moving parts of the quality parameters and the dynamic relationship between the response times.
