摘要
为了研究纸浆林三倍体毛白杨树冠方向、垂直和水平层次上叶片光合特性的空间分异性,利用LI—6400光合测定系统测定树冠各部位叶片对光的利用效率。其结果为:光饱和点(LS,P)变化幅度597.5~1 354.5μmol.(m2.s)-1,光补偿点(LC,P)变化幅度11.6~42.0μmol.(m2.s)-1;树冠西向叶、冠层中部与上部叶和枝条外部叶的LS,P、LC,P和最大净光合速率(Pmax)达到最高值;各光合参数在整个树冠水平上存在极显著的差异性。表明三倍体毛白杨叶片因在树冠上着生位置的不同,对光的利用效率不同,有利于合理地进行树冠的冠层管理。
An experiment was conducted to determine the photosynthetic variability of orientation, vertical and horizontal canopy of triploid Populus tomentosa. The LI-6400 was used to measure the photosynthetic utilization efficiency of the leaves in the different parts. The light saturation point (Ls,e) changes from 597.5μmol·(m2·s)^-1 to 1354.5μmol·(m2·s)^-1, the light compensation point (Lc,p) from 11.6μmol·(m2·s)^-1 to 42.0μmol·(m2·s)^-1. Ls,p, Lc,p and the maxi- mum photosynthesis rates (Pmax) of the leaves reach peak at west, middle and outer positions in the canopy. In the whole canopy, there is significant difference among photosynthesis parameters of different parts. The photosynthetic utilization ef- ficiency of triploid P. tomentosa in different leave position is different in the canopy. Therefore, the utilization efficiency can be conducive to the canopy management.
