摘要
针对煤炭行业人才短缺、专业学生实践能力欠缺的实际,依托西安科技大学采矿工程等3个陕西省实验教学示范中心、教育部重点实验室和工程研究中心,联合陕西煤业化工集团、神华宁夏煤业集团、四川煤业集团,构建了学校、企业联合的实践教学平台。以"开放、合作、共享"为主导思想,创新实践实验教学管理体制,形成"强化知识与能力之间过程与技能培养"的实验教学体系,面向西部、面向矿山和面向生产实际培养应用创新型人才。
Aiming at the actuality of coal industry talent shortage and lacking of students practice ability, relying on 3 Shaanxi experimental teaching demonstration center of the mining engineering in Xi＇an University of Sci-ence and Technology, the key laboratories and Engineering Research Center of Ministry of Education, unite Shaanxi Coal Chemical Industry Group, Ningxia Coal Group of Shenhua, Sichuan Coal Group, set up the prac-tice teaching platform of university-enterprises; taking the ＂open, cooperation, sharing＂ as the main ideology, the article innovated the management system of the practice experimental teaching, formed experimental teach-ing system of ＂strengthening the training of the process and skill between knowledge and ability＂, facing west, and trained the applied and innovative talents for the Western China, the mine and the actual production.
