摘要
[目的]筛选杀虫真菌蜡蚧轮枝菌VL17的油剂配方,确定其室内杀虫效果。[方法]以孢子的活力为评价指标,筛选出各种助剂;采用喷雾法评价室内毒力。[结果]蜡蚧轮枝菌VL17油剂配方为大豆油作溶剂油,吐温TW-80作稳定剂,抗坏血酸作紫外保护剂,优化筛选出2号油剂各成分的配比为孢子粉28%,溶剂油65%,吐温TW-80 5%,紫外保护剂2%。室内毒力测定表明2号油剂第7天对蚜虫和白粉虱的LC50值分别为5.63×108、2.80×108个孢子/L,LT50值分别为3.61、4.92 d。[结论]配制的蜡蚧轮枝菌的油剂可用于治理害虫。
[Aims] The oil formulation of Verticillum lecanii VL17 was optimized, and it's insecticidal efficacy was evaluated in labortory. [Mothods] The accessory ingredient of oil formulation was screened according to the spores activity and its toxicity was bioassayed by spraying. [Rosults] The formulation was mixed by soybean oil as solvent oil, TW-80 as stabilizer and Vc as ultraviolet prevent agent. The optimized ratio of number 2 oil formulation was spore powder 28%, soybean oil 65%, TW-80 5%, Vc 2%. The laboratory bioassay showed that the LC50 of oil formulation to aphid and white fly was 5.63× 10^8 and 2.80×10^8 spores/L respetively at 7 d after application and the LT50 was 3.61 and 4.92 d respetively. [Conclusions] The oil formulation of Verticillum lecanii VL17 could be used to control pest.
