高校辅导员是对学生进行思想政治和生活教育和指导的骨干力量,是日常教育管理的直接组织者和实施者,是大学生的人生导师和就业指导者。高校辅导员和大学生之间的沟通能力和效果直接影响着大学生的思想,所以高校辅导员的沟通技巧和方法能力至关重要。本文就目前辅导员和大学生在沟通中存在的问题和原因进行分析,并对解决问题提出一些建议和措施。
