摘要
针对北方寒冷地区的外界低温环境条件对混凝土箱梁受力性能的影响,以哈尔滨松浦大桥北引桥箱梁为背景,考虑寒流作用、日气温变化及桥面铺装,将其与有限元分析的温度场相结合,简化缩尺模型,将温度效应影响箱梁的有限元计算、实验值及初等理论求解的结果进行对比分析。结果表明:地理位置、环境温度对箱梁受力性能影响较明显,考虑温度影响的有限元分析工程误差在允许范围内,初等理论分析结果误差较大,因此,对桥梁进行力学分析时,温度效应不可忽视。
This paper is a response to the effect of low temperature environment on the performance of reinforced concrete box-girder in the north cold area of China, as happens in the box-girder of Harbin Songpu north approach bridge. The response consisting of allowing for the cold current effect, daily tem- perature changes, and deck pavement, simplifying scaled finite element, combined with temperature field, and performing a comparative analysis of three sections, such as finite element calculation of the influence of temperature effects on box beam, the experimental values, and the solution due to the ele- mentary theory. The results show that the geographical position and environment temperature have a sig- nificant effect on the mechanical properties of reinforced box girder in cold region. Finite element analysis allowing for temperature influence produces a smaller engineering error than elementary theory analysis, which implies a necessary analysis of temperature effect in the case of the mechanical analysis of bridges.
