摘要
研究了经非晶化制备FeCuNbSiB纳米晶合金粉末及磁粉芯产品的工艺参数对磁性能、频率特性及温度稳定性等的影响,并研制磁粉芯,用作高频、大电流和大功率条件下的电感元件,取得良好的应用效果。
:FeCuNbSiB nanocrystalline alloy powder and magnetic powder cores are prepared by crystallization of rapidly quenched amorphous ribbons and special cohering technique. The effect of process parameters on the soft magnetic properties, frequency characteristics and temperature stability of the products is investigated. A variety of powder cores are developed for the application of high frequency, large current and high power inductors, and achieve good application results.
