摘要
指出科学、规范、有序地建立和完善城市公共阅读服务对于城市科学规划和发展提升的必要性。从政府公共管理角度切入,探索城市公共阅读服务的内容及重要意义,并围绕国外城市公共阅读服务的实践进行探索,就阅读推广的指导思想和理念、公共阅读服务推广计划、公共阅读服务的投入主体、公共阅读服务的重点群体以及阅读推广的创新经验等方面进行论述,并得出国外城市公共阅读服务对我国的几点启示。
Scientific specification, order development and improvement of city public reading service, is necessary to scientifically plan, develop and improve the city. From the angle of governmental public management, this paper explores the contents and significance of city public reading services, and the advanced service practices in many foreign cities. It discusses the guideline and philosophy, the promotion plans, the investment subject, and main readers and the innovation experiences of public reading service. Finally, it makes some inspiration for the city public reading service in China.
