摘要
以N-甲基咪唑、溴代烷烃、高氯酸钠为原料,合成烷基碳链长度不同的烷基咪唑高氯酸盐离子液体,分别考察不同条件下离子液体对模拟油品和实际油品的脱硫效果。研究结果表明,以[C6mim]ClO4离子液体为萃取剂,在萃取温度60℃、萃取时间50min、离子液体与油品的体积比4∶1的条件下,对硫质量分数为1 160gμ/g的模型油的一次萃取脱硫率达到86.90%;当其它条件不变,在离子液体与油品的体积比为1∶1时,对硫质量分数为117gμ/g的催化裂化汽油的一次脱硫率为65.24%,对硫质量分数为1 974gμ/g的催化裂化柴油的一次脱硫率为58.05%。反应结束后,油样和离子液体容易分离,离子液体经减压蒸馏提纯干燥后可重复使用5次以上,其催化活性不降低。
A series of alkylimidazolium perchlorate type of ionic liquids (ILs) with different length of alkyl chains were synthesized using N-methylimidazolum, n-alkyl bromide, sodium perchlorate as raw material. The desulfurization of the model or real oil using ILs was investigated under different condi- tions. The results show that the best desulfurization rate is obtained after 50 min under the condition of [C6mim]CIO4 to oil volume ratio of 4:1, a temperature of 60℃, using [C6mim-]CIO4 as extracting rea- gent. The sulfur removal reaches 86. 90% for the model oil with sulfur content of 1 164μg/g. When the volume ratio between IL and oil is 1 : 1, the sulfur removal is 65.24% for the FCC gasoline with sulfur content of 117 μg/g and 58.05% for the FCC diesel with sulfur content of 1 974μg/g. After the reac- tion, the oil and ionic liquid can be separated simply by decantation. The ILs used can be purified by fractional distillation and recycled at least for 5 times without significant loss of activity.
