摘要
针对螺旋桨静平衡检测结果的精度低及大型转子的静平衡检测难度大等难题,研究设计了新型船用螺旋桨静平衡在线检测系统,依据力矩平衡原理,利用传感器及软件算法检测出各桨叶的不平衡重量。通过对系统原理和结构的认真分析,推出了折算螺旋桨静不平衡质量的算法,并从硬件与软件两方面对设计方案进行阐述。从现场实验数据得出,该静平衡在线检测系统能高精度的测出桨叶的静不平衡质量,有较好的实用性。
In view of the problem that the precision of results for the propeller static balance test is low and it is' difficult to the large-scale rotor static balance test, a novel online measuring system is studied and designed, which is based on torque balance principle and using the sensor software algorithm to measure the unbalance weight of each paddle. Through the analysis of the system principle and the structure, it is deduced the algorithm to strike static unbalance quality of the propeller. The design solution is explained on the hardware and the software. The experimental results show that the online test system can measure the static unbalance quality of the propeller high accurately, which has good practical application.
