摘要
将并行工程思想应用于级进模设计 ,是提高级进模设计效率、降低设计开发成本的有效手段。针对目前特征技术和级进模 CAD/ CAM系统的研究现状 ,提出了面向并行设计和产品全生命周期的特征定义 ;根据级进模设计的特点 ,建立了由产品特征模型、冲压工艺特征模型和模具结构特征模型组成的级进模集成信息模型。在此模型的基础上进行了从板金产品特征到冲压工艺特征的特征映射、从冲压工艺特征到模具结构特征的特征映射的研究。所取得的研究成果已被用于本课题组开发的基于特征的级进模 CAD/
It's an effective methods to raise the efficiency of progressive die design and decrease the development costs implementing concurrent engineering in progressive die design. According to the situation in the research of feature technology and CAD/CAM systems for progressive dies, an improved feature definition is represented for concurrent design and product life cycle. And it presents an integrated information model for progressive dies that is composed of product feature model, stamping process feature model and die design feature model. Based on this integrated information model, it has been conducted the research of the feature mapping between sheet metal product feature and stamping process feature and between stamping process feature and die design feature.
