摘要
针对微型直流电动机无传感器中的换向电流提取问题,根据局部均值分解(LMD)得到的PF分量按频率从高到底排列的特点,提出了基于LMD的直流电动机电枢电流提取新方法。和采用小波阈值消噪的方法相比,所提方法不仅在直流电动机起动时和稳态运行期间的滤波效果更好,而且还可有效提取电枢电流的高频分量和直流成分,实验结果证明该方法的正确性。
Focusing on commutation current extraction problem of micro DC motor, a new method based on local mean decomposition(LMD) was proposed according to the characteristic that product function(PF) com- ponent frequency obtained by LMD was arranged from high to low. Compared with wavelet threshold de-noising, the proposed method can get better filtering effect in starting and steady operation state of DC motor, and can effectively extract the high frequency component and DC component of armature current. The experimental results prove the correctness of this method.
