摘要
分析精梳毛刷清扫强度对锡林梳理效果的影响。提出了毛刷对锡林清扫强度的概念,并建立了数学模型。在HC500型精梳机上,当毛刷速度分别为960 r/min、1 200 r/min,锡林速度分别为250钳次/min、300钳次/min、350钳次/min时,测试精梳条的纤维长度分布及棉结数量;并在锡林速度为400钳次/min时,采用不同的毛刷速度,测试成纱质量指标。测试结果表明:在精梳锡林速度不变的情况下,当毛刷速度增大时,精梳条短绒率降低,有效纤维长度增加,棉结粒数及棉结尺寸增大,成纱细节、棉结、强力等质量指标有明显改善。
Influence of comber brush cleaning strength on cylinder carding effect was analyzed. Concept of comber brush cleaning strength was put forward,mathematical model was established. On HCSO0 comber, when brush speed was 960 r/min and 1 200 r/min, clyinder speed was 250 nips/min, 300 nips/rain, 350 nips/min, fiber length distribuation and neps in combed sliver were tested. When cylinder speed was 400 nips/min, yarn quality was tested as brush speed is different. The result shows that in condition of same cylinder speed ,when brush speed is increased, short fiber content of combed sliver is reduced, effective fiber length is increased, nep number and size are increased, thin places, neps and strength of yarn are improved obviously.
