老年2型糖尿病患者伴高同型半胱氨酸血症与轻度认知功能障碍的关系 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者合并高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)血症与轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的关系。方法选择2011年8月~2012年7月在中国医科大学附属第一医院老年病科就诊的老年2型糖尿病患者120例,根据Hcy水平,将患者分为A组(Hcy<16μmol/L)40例,B组(16μmol/L≤Hcy<30μmol/L)40例,C组(Hcy≥30μmol/L)40例;采用简易智能状态检查量表和日常生活能力量表对各组患者进行认知功能评定并比较。结果与A组比较,B组和C组MCI的发病率显著增高(50.0%和77.5%vs 25.0%,P<0.05),且C组MCI的发病率较B组增高(P<0.05)。结论在老年2型糖尿病中,合并高Hcy血症将会增加MCI的发病率。 Objective To study the incidence of mild cognitive impairment in elderly type 2 DM pa- tients with hyperhomoeysteinaemia. Methods One hundred and twenty elderly type 2 DM pa- tients admitted to our hospital from August 2011 to July 2012 were divided into group A with their plasma homocysteine (Hcy) level〈 16 μmol/L, group B with their plasma Hcy level≤ 16 μmol/L〈30 μmol/L and group C with their plasma Hcy level≥30 μmol/L (40 in each group). Their cognitive function was assessed and compared according to the MMSE and ADL. Results The incidence of mild cognitive impairment was significantly higher in groups B and C than in group A (50.0%,77.5% vs 25.0%,P〈0.05) and in group C than in group B (P〈0.05). Conclu- sion The incidence of mild cognitive impairment increases in elderly type 2 DM patients with hy- perhomocysteinaemia.
