摘要
目的:建立原子吸收分光光度法测定结核丸中的钙含量。方法:样品经干法消解,以原子吸收分光光度法测定钙含量。测定条件为:波长422.7nm,狭缝0.5nm,灯电流4.0mA,空气流量13.50L/min,乙炔流量2.00L/min,燃烧头高度13.5mm。结果:钙含量在2.0~10.0mg/L范围内与吸光度(A)呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.040 2 c+0.005 6(r=0.999 1),最低检测限为0.03mg/L,回收率为(98.9±1.76)%(n=6)。结论:本方法克服了容量分析法干扰因素多、专属性差的缺点,重复性和准确度良好。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of calcium content in Jiehe pills with atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). Methods: The sample was degraded by dry digestion and flame AAS was applied to detect calcium content in the pills. Determination conditions were as follows: wavelength 422.7 nm, slit 0.5 nm, light electric current 1.0 mA, air flow rate 13.50 L/min, ethyne flow rate 2.00 L/min, burner height 13.5 mm. Results: Calcium content displayed good linearity in the range of 2.0 10.0 mg/L with absorbance (A). The equation of linear regression was A=0. 040 2 c+ 0. 005 6 (r=0. 999 1). The lowest detectable limit was 0.03 mg/L and the recovery rate was (98. 9 ± 1. 75) % (n- 5). Conclusion: This method could avoid the shortcomings of many disturbing factors and low specificity of volumetry, and has good reproducibility and accuracy.
