摘要
我院从2000年3月至2009年6月手术治疗24例高龄(80岁以上)老年梗阻性肠癌患者,术后并发症6例次(25%),其中切口感染3(12.5%)例次,切口裂开2(8.33%)例次,肺部感染1(4.16%)例次。平均住院时间50d。随访22例,随访率91.67%,术后1、3、5年生存率分别为45.83%、29.16%和16.67%。结论高龄并不是结直肠癌伴梗阻患者手术治疗的禁忌,加强围手术期处理,可提高手术成功率、降低手术并发症的发生。
24 old patients （beyond 80years old） with colorectal cancer combined with obstruction un- derwent surgery, from March 2000 to June 2009,in our department, post-operational complication occurred in 6 cases （25%）, including 3 cases （12. 5% ） with incision infection, 2 cases （8. 33% ） incision split, 1 cases （4. 16% ） pulmonary infection. The average hospital days were 50 days, 22 cases completed follow up （ 91.67 % ）, the survival rate was 45.83 %, 29. 16% and 16. 67 % at 1,3,Syears after operation, respectively. Conclusion Advanced age was not the taboo for patients with colorectal cancer combined with obstruction to receive surgery, we can enhance the success rate of operation and reduce the complication rate by improving the perioperative management.
