北京市2007—2012年肾综合征出血热发病时空扫描分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨北京市肾综合征出血热(hemorrhagicfeverwithrenalsyndrome,HFRS)发病时空分布特征和时空聚集情况。方法病例资料来源于中国疾病预防控制信息系统,使用SaTSan9.1.1软件进行时空扫描分析,利用ArcGIS9.3软件展示病例时空聚集区域。结果2007—2012年北京市共报告肾综合征出血热病例107例,单纯时间分析显示发病高峰在每年4~6月,单纯空间分析和时空扫描分析显示北京市远郊、近郊和中心城区均存在肾综合征出血热集中发病区域。结论尽管北京市肾综合征出血热总体发病较为分散,但时空扫描分析显示存在高发地区和高发时段。本研究为有针对性的开展肾综合征出血热监测和防控提供了参考依据。 Objective To explore the spatial and temporal distributions and the cluster area of hemorrhagie fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). Methods The data of patients with HFRS from 2007 to 2012 were collected from the China Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention. The space-time scan statistic analysis was performed using SaTScan 9. 1.1 software. ArcGIS 9. 3 software was used to display the distribution and clusters of HFRS. Results 107 patients with HFRS were reported from 2007 to 2012 in Beijing. Purely temporal analysis showed that the peak months for HFRS were from April to June. The clusters of HFRS were found in outer suburb, inner suburb and the urban area by the purely spatial analysis and space-time scan analysis. Conclusions Although the patients with HFRS were sporadic, the space-time scan statistic can find the clusters both in time and space, which is helpful for surveillance and control of HFRS.
