摘要
利用内容分析法对从“中国知网”收录的主题词为“科技人力资源管理”的42篇文献进行统计分析,该命题的研究主要集中在人才激励机制、培训与开发管理、科技人力资源管理水平与企业创新能力、企业经营绩效之间的关系、人才评价模型与胜任力研究、团队管理建设、科技人力资源配置等9个方面,从研究方法上以理论分析为主,缺乏数理实证性的论证,从研究层次上,以行业背景或者特定企业的分析居多,缺乏中国情境之下研究科技人力资源管理的一般理论范式体系。在内容分析结论的基础上,提出该命题未来的发展方向,为我国科技人力资源管理的发展提供一定参考。
