摘要
本研究提取了正常人心脏肌球蛋白重链,用ELISA(酶联免疫吸咐测定)检测了60例病毒性心肌炎(VM)患者血清中抗心脏肌球蛋白重链抗体(AMA)并以40例正常人作对照。结果显示,VM患者血清中AMA明显高地正常对照者(P<0.01),检测该抗体对诊断VM具有重要作用。
We extract myosin heavy chain from normai human being,and assayed anti-cardiac antibodies of 60 cases virai myocarditis patients and 40 cases nonnal control people in serum by ELISA.The results indicate that the percentage of anti-cardiac myosin heavy chain antibodies in serum of viral myocarditis patients is much higher than control group (P < 0.01) . Assay of the antibodies is useful to diagnosing virai myocarditis.
