摘要
《导游业务》是旅游管理专业核心课程之一,具有操作性与实践性强的特点.培养目标和规格存有误区、教师素质不足以胜任课程教学、课程体系尚未形成与实践教学形式相对简单等问题的存在影响其教学效果和学生质量的培养水平.通过办学思路的转变、师资队伍建设、课程体系、实践教学、教学方法与考核方法等方面的创新,以期培养出更优秀的旅游从业人员.用人单位应理性地看待刚走出校门的学子们,承担起人才培养的社会责任,与高等院校一起为国家培养优秀的人才.
Tour Guide Practice is one of the major core courses of Tourism Management, which has a powertul operability and practicability. There are some negative factors contributing to the teaching dfects and the students' ability: the factors are the devitation of understanding , the lack of Dual-qualification teachers, the error of the teaching' s arrangement and the relative simplicity of teaching form. By innovating the transform of teaching mentality, the establishment of the teachership, the teaching content, the pratical teaching, teaching method and the testing methods , more exllencent tourism staffs are expected to cultivate. The employing unit should treat the graduates rationally, and undertake the social responsibility of cultivating person with ability for our country together with the colleges and universities.
