摘要
高职院校图书馆的学科馆员制度应紧密结合所在院校和自身实际，在服务内容、服务方式等方面体现出高职特色。学科馆员要以研究成果的形式为高职院校的教学科研及管理提供支持和参考。要在人才选拔与培养、考核与评价、环境保障、资源保障等方面建立规范的管理机制，以使高职图书馆的学科馆员制度能够顺利实施并取得预期效果。
The subject librarian system construction in college library should be combined with the actual situation of the college and library itself, and embody the characteristics of college library in service contents, service modes and so on. Subject librarian should provide supports and reference to the teaching, scientific research and management of college in form of research results. In order to ensure a smooth implementation and acquisition result for the subject librarian system in college library, the normative management system on selection and cultivation of talent, examination and evaluation, environment support and resources support should be established.
