摘要
介绍了观览车模拟装置低速滚动轴承的声发射试验,从累加值和平均值2个方面进行了声发射信号的参数统计分析.研究发现:观览车在整个运行历程中,部分参数的累加值和平均值随运转圈数的变化呈"上升—下降—水平"的趋势,且以有效值电压(RMS)最为明显.进一步分析发现:对应RMS曲线峰值点的信号,其RMS历程图有明显的四峰值特征,且在能量与幅度关联图中明显地被区分,这为观览车轴承的健康评价提供了依据.
Abstract: This paper presents acoustic emission experimental research of low-speed rolling bearings on giant wheel simulation device. Statistical analysis of acoustic emission signal parameters have been done both from accumulated and averaged value. The statistical value changes of some parameters showed a tendency of "up-down-level" during the whole process, and the RMS curve is most representative. Then further analysis of peak point signals on RMS curve has been carried out. The RMS-Time graph of signals had a clear four-peak feature and different signals can be distinguished in the Energy-Amplitude graph. These results provided a useful reference data for the future health monitoring of giant wheel bearings.
