摘要 进行了稻草在离子液体氯代1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑([AMIM]Cl)中的热解反应,考察了反应温度、稻草与离子液体的质量比及反应时间对产物产量的影响,得到较佳工艺条件是:稻草与离子液体质量比为0.4,热解温度240℃,反应时间为30 min.生物油收率均在28%~30%.对热解得到的产物生物油进行GC-MS分析显示:其成分复杂,生物油中有醇、酚、醚、酯及芳香烃类物质的存在.离子液体可以回收利用. Abstract: In this paper, the pyrolysis reaction of straw in the ionic liquid chloro-l-allyl-3-methyl imidazole ([ AMIM] CI) was mainly studied. The effects of temperature, straw and ionic liquid mass ratio and reaction time on product yield were investigated, and optimal process conditions were got as following: straw and ionic liquid mass ratio was 0.4, the thermal decomposition temperature was 230 ℃, and reaction time was 30 min. The yield of bio-oil was 28% -30%. The product of pyrolysis obtained by experiment using GC-MS was analyzed, and the results showed that the composition of bio-oil was complex. There were alcohol, phenols, ethers, esters and aromatic substances in bio-oil. Ionic liquid can be recycled.
