Analysis of influenza monitoring results in Ningxia during 2011-2012

摘要 目的:了解宁夏2011年-2012年度流行性感冒流行情况和病毒流行株及其构成。方法:每周统计监测点流感样病例(ILI),采集ILI咽拭子标本,采用real time RT-PCR检测方法进行核酸检测;对核酸检测阳性标本进行病毒分离。结果:全区流感哨点医院共采集ILI标本2515份,核酸检测阳性标本535份,阳性率为21.27%,其中B型流感病毒阳性率88.79%,季节H3N2亚型阳性率7.10%,新甲型H1N1阳性率4.11%;对核酸检测阳性标本进行病毒分离,分离出流感毒株为165株;各年龄组核酸检测阳性率差别有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:2011年-2012年度宁夏流感监测地区的流行情况相对较为平静,主要发病群体是学龄前儿童和中小学生,流感病毒的优势毒株为B型。 Objective:To understand epidemic situation of influenza and know epidemic strains composition of influenza virus in Ningxia surveillance area in 2011 and 2012.Methods: Epidemiological data and throat swab specimens from influenza-like illness(ILI) were collected from surveillance sites weekly and detected by Real time RT-PCR.Nucleic acid positive swabs were conducted virus isolation.Results: Five hundred and thirty-five influenza viral strains were detected from 2515 specimens,including 475 strains of influenza B virus(88.79%),38 strains of seasonal H3N2 virus(7.10%) and 22 strains of new influenza A(H1N1) virus(4.11%).One hundred and sixty-five influenza virus strains were isolated.There was statistical diversity of the positive rate in different age groups(P0.001).Conclusion: Influenza is not prevalent in the surveillance area of Ningxia during 2011-2012.Preschool children and school students were the prominent population stricken by influenza virus.The predominant strains are B influenza virus.
