摘要
针对目前制药行业压片机的发展趋势及存在的问题,设计一种药物混合、给料和压片功能同步耦合的数控压片机控制系统,为固体制剂全粉末直压工艺提供新的制药设备。同时,通过在混合机、压片机上整合红外传感器及系统软件的开发,使压片机实现了自动进料-混合-给料-压片功能的同步耦合,提高了生产效率和设备的性能。
With respect to the development trend of tablet pressing machine and existed problems, one control system for digital control machine with synchronous coupling functions of drug mixing, feeding and tablet pressing was design, by using which a new pharmaceutical equipment is supplied for solid agent powder pressing process. At the same times, through the integration of infrared sensor in tablet pressing machine and the development of system software, the synchronous coupling for the functions of automatic feeding, mixing and pressing were realized , so that both equipment characteristics and production efficiency were raised.
