摘要
开发出一种新型结构铝电解槽,阳极由四个连续小阳极组成,相邻两个连续小阳极之间安装有打壳下料机构。阳极能连续使用,利用电解槽上部的散热将其焙烧成导电良导体,阳极周围的阳极框架带有密封罩板。该种电解槽能以氧化铝为原料,采取低分子比、低电解温度工艺条件,通过一步电解直接生产出含铝量大于99.91%以上的纯铝。
A new structure aluminium reduction pot is developed,in which the anode is consisted of four continuous small anodes,crust breaking and feeding devices are installed between two continuous small anodes.The four anodes baked into good conductors by heat emitting from upper pot can be continuously used,and the anode frame around the four anodes is equipped with sealing plates.Alumina is used as raw material in the pot,low molar ratio and low temperature of aluminium reduction are adopted,and pure aluminium of more than 99.91% can be directly produced in this kind of pot.
