摘要
以中国春-二倍体长穗偃麦草附加系、置换系为材料,在不同生育期测定其旗叶光合速率,收获期考察相关产量性状,并分析光合速率与产量构成因素的相关性,从而对长穗偃麦草影响小麦光合速率和产量的相关遗传基础进行染色体定位。结果表明:长穗偃麦草的2E及6E染色体对提高小麦旗叶光合速率的效应明显,而5E染色体却具有负作用,3E、4E及6E染色体上可能存在对提高小麦产量有利的基因。
Chinese Spring-Thinopyrurn elongaturn disomic addition and substitution lines were used in this study, with Chinese Spring as a control. The photosynthesis rate of flag leaves in different developing stages was measured. And the traits related to yield were investigated after harvest. Then, the correlation between photosynthesis and yield was analyzed. The results showed that chromosome 2E and 6E of T. elongaturn had useful genes for improving photosynthetic rate in wheat genetic background, while chromosome 5E had negative effect. Chromosome 3E, 4E and 6E had usful genes for improving yield of wheat. So, the results suggest that fully exploiting and deploying useful genes on chromosome 6E of T. elongatum could be of great importance to improve wheat photosynthetic rate and yield.
