摘要
以磷矿伴生钼镍钒多金属矿中钼的碱浸出液作为研究对象,研究了N235对该多金属矿浸出液体系中钼的萃取工艺,确定了萃取的最佳工艺参数。萃取钼的条件为:采用20%N235+10%仲辛醇+70%煤油,萃取pH值1.0,相比1∶2,萃取时间3min,萃取级数3;反萃条件为:反萃剂为40%的氨水,反萃时间8min,反萃相比2∶1。上述条件下钼的萃取率可达99.6%。
Taking molybdenum alkali liquid leached from the phosphate associated molybdenum, nickel and vanadium poly-metallic ores as the research object, the process for extracting by N235 molybdenum in leaching liquid of poly-metallic ores is researched and the optimal process parameters are defined as follows= at room temperature, molybdenum extraction conditions: using 20% N235 + 10% sec-octyl alcohols + 70% kerosene, extraction pH value 1. 0, phase ratio 1 : 2, extraction time 3 minutes,extraction series with 3 stages, stripping conditions: stripping agent solvent consisting of aqueous ammonia,whose concentration is 40%, stripping time 8 minutes,stripping phase ratio 2 : 1. On this condition, molybdenum extraction ratio could be up to 99.6%.
