摘要
在8~10℃,相对湿度>60%,光照和黑暗12 h交替的条件下对国我主栽的20份烤烟品种(系)进行发芽试验,评价其耐湿冷性。结果表明,不同品种发芽率为78.67%~98.00%,变异系数为6.62%。浸泡液电导率和相对电导率与种皮色泽a值呈显著正相关,与种皮色泽h值呈显著负相关;发芽率与千粒重呈显著正相关,与浸泡液电导率呈显著负相关。20份烤烟品种(系)可划分为耐湿冷型、普通类型、湿冷敏感型等3个类群。依据种皮色度、活力和发芽率筛选出贵烟201、K326、云烟87、红花大金元等耐湿冷品种。
To evaluate the viability of tobacco varieties dudng low temperature and high humidity environment, 20 tobacco varieties were used to germination in 8-10 ~C, RH〉60%, day and night 12 h alternated. The results showed that the range of the germination percentage of tobacco varieties were 78.67%-98.00%, and CV was 6.62%. Solution conductivity and relative conductivity had significant correla- tion with a value and significant negative correlation with h value. Germination rate had significant correlation with 1000-grain weight and significant negative correlation with electric conductivity. 20 tobacco varieties were divided into clammy tolerance types, common types and clammy sensitivity types. The study also selected Guiyan-201, K326, Yunyan-87, Hongda, four clammy tolerance varieties according to seed color, vitality and germination rate.
