装配间隙对风电锁紧盘性能的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对风电锁紧盘装配时各组件配合面存在间隙的状况提出四种装配间隙模型,采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了风电锁紧盘装配模型并模拟了装配过程,分析了装配间隙对风电锁紧盘的各配合面接触压力、各组件Mises应力和主轴承载扭矩的影响。结果表明:装配间隙对各组件的Mises应力分布影响较大;装配间隙对各配合面接触压力有明显的影响,差值可达50 MPa;装配间隙在设计时需要合理考虑并提高实际加工精度,否则可能会导致风电锁紧盘失效。 According to the fact that clearance exists between the fitting surfaces of all parts during the assembling of wind turbine's shrink disk ,four kinds of model are proposed. Finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish the assembling model of wind turbine's shrink disk and simulate the assembling process, and the as- sembling clearance's impact on contact pressure of all fitting surfaces was analyzed, as well as the Mises stress of all components and the load torque of the main shaft. The results show that the assembling clearance has great im- pact on the Mises stress distribution of all components;and the assembling clearance significantly affects the contact pressure of fitting surfaces. Moreover, the result difference can be up to 50MPa. The assembling clearance in the de- sign needs reasonable consideration so that the actual machining precision can be improved. Otherwise, it may lead to the failure of wind turbine's shrink disk.
