摘要
教师的年龄、职称、婚姻是影响高职院校教师职业倦怠的重要因素,本文从社会评价、高职院校管理体制、教师工作压力等方面探讨了造成高职院校教师职业倦怠的原因,提出了对策建议。
Teachers＇ages, titles, marriage are important factors of the influence on teachers＇job burnout for higher vocational colleges. This paper discussed the cause of higher vocational college teachers＇occupation- al tiredness reasons and puts forward the countermeasures from the social evaluation, higher vocational col- leges management system and teachers＇work pressures.
