摘要
目的探讨结合雌激素软膏联合保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法 90例老年性阴道炎患者,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用保妇康栓治疗,观察组采用结合雌激素软膏联合保妇康栓治疗。结果观察组总有效率(95.56%)明显优于对照组(82.22%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应病例发生率(4.44%)与对照组(4.44%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结合雌激素软膏联合保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎疗效可靠,具有良好的安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of conjugated estrogen ointment combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 90 cases of senile vaginitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group,Baofukang suppository in the treatment,the observation group,estrogen ointment combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of. Results In observation group,the total efficiency of 95.56% is better than that of the control group 82.22%,the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）.The observation group cases of adverse reactions occurred in 4.44% compared with 4.44% in the control group,the difference was not significant（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Conjugated estrogens ointment combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis curative effect is reliable,having a good safety.
