摘要
本文简单介绍了翻车机轨道衡检定规程编制原因及变化过程,分析了新旧两种规程下检定方法及允差的差别。提出了新规程带来的不利影响及解决方法。
This article simply introduces the dumper rail-weighbridge verification regulations establishment reasons and the change process, analyzes the old and the new calibration method under two kinds of procedures and the tolerance of difference and proposes the negative influence of new regulations and solutions.
