摘要
目的:探讨以清热祛风除湿法治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将确诊的45例急性湿疹患者全部以清热解毒、祛风除湿法组方,内服与外洗并用治疗,7天为1个疗程,连用4个疗程并随访3个月后评价疗效。结果:治愈34例,显效6例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率95.56%。结论:清热祛风除湿法内外合治急性湿疹疗效肯定。
Objective ： To investigate the cliniqal effect of method of Clearing-heat and detoxicating and expel- ling wind-evil and removing wetness on acute eczema. Methods： 51 cases with acute eczema were treated with method of heat-clearing and detoxieating and expelling wind-evil and removing wetness with oral administration and external washing. One treatment course included 7 days, and after 4 courses and 3 months＇ follow-up the efficacy was evaluated. Results： 34 cases were cured ,6 ones excellent,3 ones effective, and 2 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 95.56%. Conclusion ： Method of Clearing-heat and detoxicating and expelling wind-evil and re- moving wetness has good and reliable effect on acute eczema.
