摘要
温氏总部坐落于广东新兴县,这是禅宗六祖惠能的故乡。六祖是中国历史上的思想伟人,温氏发展过程中深受六祖思想的影响;新兴人杰地灵,人才辈出,其地域文化构成了温氏发展的独特文化土壤。温氏对其文化土壤主要在企业领导表率、公司位于新兴、文化宣传、发展新兴等四方面进行了整合。
