摘要
本文对Cu-3.2Ni-0.75Si和Cu-3.2Ni-0.75Si-0.02B-0.05Ce合金深冷处理前后的硬度和导电性能进行了研究。结果表明,Cu-3.2Ni-0.75Si合金深冷处理后的显微硬度提高了14%,达到212HV;导电率增加了3.1%IACS,约为46.6%IACS。而Cu-3.2Ni-0.75Si-0.02B-0.05Ce合金深冷处理后的显微硬度和导电率提高幅度不大。
The microhardness and conductivity of Cu-3.2Ni-O. 75Si, Cu-3.2Ni-O. 75Si-0.02B-0.05Ce alloy before and after deep cryogenic treating(DTC) were studied. The results showed that the microhardness of Cu-3.2Ni-0. 75Si alloy was increased by 14% after DC to 212 HV; the conductivity increased 3.1% IACS, about 46.6% IACS. The microhardness and conductivity of Cu-3.2Ni-0.75Si-0.02B-0.05Ce alloy increased a litter after DCT.
