摘要
为了提高双金属复合锤头锤柄的耐磨性和复合界面的结合强度,本文采用先对锤柄堆焊一层高铬铸铁耐磨材料,然后再采用型内感应加热进行镶铸的工艺。得到的近共晶成分的高铬铸铁表面堆焊层,在低预热温度下与锤端接触部分达到良好的冶金结合,锤柄堆焊层耐磨性较未堆焊前提高了20倍,改善了工作环境,锤头整体寿命提高了一倍多。
In order to improve the wear resistance of the duplex metal composition hammer-handle and the strength of the composite interface,it is applied that overlaying welding a layer of wear resistance material of high-chromium iron firstly, then using the technology of inlay casting which heated in the cavity by high frequency induction coil.The near eutectic composition of high chromium cast iron surfacing layer has good metallurgical bonding in contact with the end of the hammer with low preheat temperature.The wear resistance of surfacing layer than that not overlaying welding increased by 20 times, the working environment was improved, and the hammer overall life increased more than doubled.
