摘要
提出了一种依据直接转矩控制原理来设计电动阀门定位器的方法。从异步电机控制方案的总体思想出发,分析了该定位器系统的控制原理框图,并说明了其硬件结构的组成。在此基础上以dsPIC33FJ28MC506A为核心设计该定位器的应用电路,给出硬件设计的思路以及软件设计的流程,最终实现电动阀门快速、准确定位。
The design of electric valve localizer was proposed according to direct torque control theory.The induction motor control scheme,the control block diagram of localizer system and the structure of hardware were analyzed.Base on the abovementioned,the circuit of this localizer with the core of dsPIC33FJ28MC506A and the design of hardware and the flow of software are presented to bring the electric valve fast and accurate locating.
