摘要
2012年山东省深入贯彻科学发展观和中央各项决策部署,积极应对复杂严峻的国内外经济形势,确保了全省经济平稳健康发展,经济运行的质量和均衡性稳步提升。全省金融系统认真执行宏观调控政策、金融监管政策和省委、省政府"稳增长"的有关要求,社会融资总量稳定增加,对经济社会的支撑保障作用增强。但受外部环境和国内经济转型等因素影响,经济运行中的深层次矛盾依然突出,各类风险因素明显增多,维护金融稳定面临较大压力。妥善应对当前面临的困难和问题,应继续坚持"稳中求进"的工作总基调,优化金融资源配置,深化金融改革与创新,完善金融服务与管理,切实提高风险监测、防控与处置水平,严守不发生区域性金融风险底线。
In 2012, Shandong Province firmly carried out the scientific outlook on development, deeply imple-mented every policy made by the central government, and actively coped with the complex and severe economic situa-tion both at home and abroad. Therefore, Shandong Province continues to enjoy stable and healthy development, and the quality and balance of the running of economy have gradually been improved. The financial sector in the province seriously carried out the macro-control policy and financial supervisory policies while meeting relevant requirements made by the provincial government to achieve a ＂stable growth＂ . The total social financing amount steadily increases and its support for the social economy is strengthened. However, the financial risk has increased significantly due to the worsening external environment and weakening of domestic demand. In the short term, various kinds of risks will obviously continue to rise, and the pressure of maintaining financial stability is still high. In order to properly cope with the present difficulties and problems, we should continue to uphold the principle of ＂steady progress＂, optimize the allocation of financial resources, deepen financial reform and innovation, perfect financial services and manage-ment, and effectivelyenhance the risk monitoring, prevention and response mechanism to ensure that the regional fi-nancial risks are under control.
